GBW32 is a 3D Finite Element program that uses truss and beam elements to model a wide range of Mechanical and Civil structures. GBW32 is currently used in more than 30 countries.
The program is available for download and can be run on PC's running the Windows operating system. When the software is downloaded and installed it runs as a COMPLETE software package with NO RESTRICTIONS. The software can be registered at any time. If the software continues to be used it must be registered.
The MATERIAL and GEOMETRY properties are now incorporated in the model file. There is now a built in CROSS SECTION calculator for geometry properties.
FULL SCREEN input makes it easy to select model entities. Models are SAVED as VIEWED. Viewing of the model is improved with new model ROTATION and the use of HOT KEYS. The displacement and animation now uses AUTOMATIC FACTOR calculation. The HELP file is now in HTML format.
